Aedes cell atlas

Welcome to our Aedes aegypti cell atlas!

The Aedes cell atlas is a transcriptomic ressource that allows the exploration of mosquito organs at the cellular level. We provide atlases for the midgut and fat body, two organs that are key in mosquito immunity, metabolism and infection. Specific cell types and genes can be explored and mapped, revealing the fascinating diversity and intricacies of mosquito organs.
